Drop Tester DT2000n
Drop Tester DT2000n is used to test the breakage of various small products up to 5 kilograms (10 kg with EW and EWW models). Features include PC hardware and software for modern drop-testing workflows. The Drop Tester n-series enables the creation and use of predefined test protocols, which facilitates test repeatability, unifies reporting, and minimizes user errors. Remote monitoring is possible with the cloud service. This device is designed for guided and free fall drop testing. It can be used to perform standardized tests in accordance with IEC 60068-2-31, IEC 60601-1, IEC 62368-1, ISO 11608-1 and MIL-STD-810H, Method 516.8. Drop height is 500–2000 mm (optionally extendable up to 5000 mm).
Drop Tester DT2000s
Drop Tester DT2000s is used to test the breakage of various small products up to 5 kilograms (10 kg with EW and EWW models). This device is designed for guided and free fall drop testing. It can be used to perform standardized tests in accordance with IEC 60068-2-31, IEC 60601-1, IEC 62368-1, ISO 11608-1 and MIL-STD-810H, Method 516.8. Drop height is 500–2000 mm (optionally extendable up to 5000 mm).
Drop Tester DT3000s
Drop Tester DT3000s is used to test the breakage of various small products up to 5 kilograms (10 kg with EW and EWW models). This device is designed for guided and free fall drop testing. It can be used to perform standardized tests in accordance with IEC 60068-2-31, IEC 60601-1, IEC 62368-1, ISO 11608-1 and MIL-STD-810H, Method 516.8. Drop height is 500–3000 mm (optionally extendable up to 5000 mm).
Tumble Tester II
Tumble Tester II is used to test the breakage of various small products up to 1 kilogram (5 kg with EW and EWW models). This device is designed for repeated free fall testing. It can be used to perform standardized tests in accordance with IEC 60068-2-31, IEC 60312-1, IEC 61558-1. Drop heights are 500 and 1000 mm (optionally extendable up to 2000 mm).
Abrasion Tumbler
Abrasion Tumbler is used to test electronic devices’ durability against small particles such as dust, textile dust or sand. The abrasion resistance is tested by placing the test pieces in a rotating drum together with an abrasive material. As the drum rotates, the test pieces collide with the walls of the compartment and are exposed to abrasive materials.
High Speed Imaging & Motion Analysis
High-speed camera with an Integrated LED Light Option is available for our Drop Testers and Tumble Testers. Optional Phantom high-speed camera allows users to really see what actually happens during the impact. The camera will certainly add value to your new professional tester.
To go even further and provide the best possible information for product development, take advantage of TEMA Heina motion analysis software. With TEMA, displacements, bounce, vibration and other anomalies can be measured from the images with indescribable precision.
